How can I change my monthly renewal date?
We’ll be happy to help you with moving your renewal billing date. We allow our members to move their dates up to 2 weeks from their original renewal billing date.
To get this setup, all you need to do is send us a quick email to [email protected] and let us know the billing date you’d prefer your payments to be processed. Once we hear from you, we’ll make sure to update your account to reflect the new billing date.
